Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your towels and place them back in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain clean and eligible for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
